Intelligence®

Less manual work. More connected operations.

We automate processes, connect tools and integrate applied AI so your team stops copying, pasting and chasing information.

Automation · Integrations · Data · Applied AI

The problem isn’t always a missing tool.

Data lives in five places. Leads come in by email, WhatsApp and forms. Reports are put together by hand and are already out of date when they arrive.

Almost always, the problem is that the tools don’t talk to each other. That is where Intelligence® comes in.

What we can build.

Seven areas of work. Each system is designed around a specific process in your company, not around a package.

  1. 01

    Leads & CRM

No contact left sitting in the inbox: capture, classification, assignment and follow-up.

    Form → CRM → Classification → Advisor → Follow-up

  2. 02

    Support & assistants

Assistants that answer with your information and hand over to a person whatever needs judgment.

WhatsApp or web → Assistant with your sources → Answer or escalation

  3. 03

    Documents & back-office

Quotes, invoices, contracts and records generated with your data and terms.

    Request → Document → Review → Delivery → Record

  4. 04

    Data & dashboards

Reports connected to the real sources: Monday’s report gets read, not assembled.

    Sales + web + operations → Dashboard → Alerts

  5. 05

    E-commerce & operations

Orders, inventory and notifications synced across your online store, marketplaces and physical location.

Order → Inventory → Invoicing → Customer notice

  6. 06

    Integrations

The tools you already use, talking to each other with no copy and paste.

    Web → CRM → ERP → Spreadsheets

  7. 07

    Applied AI

Classify, summarize, extract and draft from your information, with human validation where it matters.

Input → AI → Human validation → Action

Don’t see your process here? It almost always fits into one of these areas.

Before automating, we simplify.

Automating a messy process only makes it messy faster. Each system starts with a diagnosis, goes through an architecture and is custom-quoted before we build.

  1. 01

    We understand

How the process works today, who is involved and where time is lost.

  2. 02

    We simplify

We remove unnecessary steps before automating anything.

  3. 03

    We design

  4. 04

    We build

Workflows, integrations and assistants built on your real operation.

Designing automated processes with Intelligence® — Andez

Automating doesn’t mean losing control.

Every system is delivered with clear rules on who sees what, what the automation does and when a person steps in.

Included in every system

  • Role-based permissions and least-privilege access
  • Information sources you authorize
  • A log of every run
  • Alerts when something fails
  • Escalation to a person when needed
  • Human validation for sensitive decisions
  • Documentation and team training

Third-party costs, billed separately

  • CRM, ERP or other tool licenses
  • AI API usage (Anthropic, OpenAI)
  • Automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier)
  • WhatsApp Business API and messaging
  • Servers or additional infrastructure

External costs are estimated before quoting, so you know what it costs to run the system each month. Ask about my case

Before automating.

What is Intelligence®?

Intelligence® is the Andez system for automation and applied AI. We connect tools, automate repetitive processes and integrate AI so the company runs with less manual work and better information.

How much does it cost to automate a process?

Intelligence® has no fixed plans: each system is custom-quoted after the diagnosis, based on the process, the tools involved and the integrations. The path is diagnosis, architecture, quote, implementation and delivery.

Which process should be automated first?

The one that takes the most time and repeats the most: lead capture and follow-up, frequent replies, recurring reports or back-office documents. In the diagnosis we prioritize by impact and effort.

Which tools do you use?

Whatever makes sense for your operation: platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier, CRMs such as HubSpot, and AI models from Anthropic and OpenAI. We understand the process first; the technology is chosen afterward.

Do I have to change the tools I already use?

Not necessarily. Whenever possible we connect what already exists. We only recommend replacing a tool when it limits the process or costs more to keep.

Does AI replace my team?

No. It removes repetitive work so the team can focus on selling, handling complex cases and making decisions. We design workflows where people supervise and validate what matters.

What about the security of my data?

We work with role-based permissions, least-privilege access and only the sources you authorize. Every run is logged, and sensitive decisions go through human validation.

What external costs should I consider?

Tool licenses, AI API usage, automation platforms, messaging such as the WhatsApp Business API, or additional infrastructure. We estimate them before quoting so you know the monthly cost of running the system.

What do I get at the end?

The system up and running, tested with real cases, documentation of how it works and training for your team. If you need to evolve it later, we define that as a new phase.

How does it relate to Launch®, Engage® and Care®?

Launch® builds the website, Engage® keeps the brand active and Care® optimizes the site. Intelligence® connects what happens on those channels with operations: leads, CRM, reports and follow-up.
