Sergio Cáceres
Co-founder · Strategy Director
Sergio brings order before any project begins: he listens, asks and looks at the numbers until he understands what each company really needs.
He is an industrial engineer with a master’s in Business Administration and a PhD in Education. Engineering gave him process thinking; business administration, a commercial view; and teaching, the ability to explain clearly what seems complex. He still teaches classes and diploma programs, and it shows in how he supports every client.
At Andez he leads Impulse®, our business consulting line, and the technical side few people see but everyone needs: management systems, OHS, GMP, quality and the paperwork that has to be done right. He holds an Occupational Health and Safety license and coordinates the team behind each of those processes.
Outside work he’s an Aries who never sits still: he loves dancing and enjoys teaching as much as learning. If pork ribs are on the menu, he already knows what to order.
